The whole experience was really great, couldn't recommend more. the room was beautiful and comfy with awesome views. the location was great, for example, Jacksonville Beach Pier was at a short distance from the hotel.

Staff split dinner bill for 16 people into individual receipts. Beautiful courtyard. Great facilities and location. Very eager to help, despite slow service. Clean room, though small. Good choice near center of Cuernavaca.

I had a wonderful stay at Flor De Mayo Boutique Hotel, Spa & Restaurant. The modern and trendy decor throughout the hotel made for a unique and enjoyable experience. The rooftop swimming pool and outdoor lounge area were perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The hotel's central location made it easy to access all parts of the city and the friendly staff made me feel safe and welcome throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, affordability, and great location.

the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace made for a relaxing afternoon in the garden area. the Spa & wellness centre offered an array of massages, including full body and foot massages. the plunge pool was a nice addition to a refreshing experience. We enjoyed the exclusive specialty menu options that were available at the restaurant and bar.

Although the room here was comfortable, we experienced a minor issue with the in-room breakfast service. We had expected it to be delivered on time, but it was delivered later than expected.

Overall our stay was great, but the only downside was that the curtains in the room were not great. They were thin and didn't keep out enough light in the mornings.

Beautiful place

I absolutely loved the beautiful building of Flor De Mayo Boutique Hotel, Spa & Restaurant. The way they transformed an old place into a masterpiece is truly remarkable. The rooms are decorated with such coziness and uniqueness, making it a welcoming stay. I was particularly impressed with the iPhone "speaker" in the room, it was amazing.

There were a few things that didn't quite meet my expectations. The sound from the lobby, roof, and halls could be heard in the room, making it difficult to sleep.
